If there is no suitable alternative and the candidate cannot take their exam, we will refund the full fee. If the new appointment isn’t suitable then the applicant or candidate can reschedule to an alternative date/venue within the session, but only if a suitable slot is available. In this situation we will c ontact the exam applicant as soon as we can to let them know and then rearrange the affected exams for a different date, and possibly a different venue. When a replacement isn’t available we will have to cancel the exams.
If an examiner or steward has to drop out at short notice due to Covid we will seek a replacement.
